3. Your API Key & Costs
You provide your own OpenRouter API key. You are solely responsible for all API usage, associated costs, and compliance with OpenRouter's terms. This service does not store, log, or transmit your API key beyond the scope of the translation request.
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit for translation. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited. The operator accepts no liability for translated output or its downstream use.
5. Copyright
You represent that you hold the necessary rights to translate the content you submit. The operator is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from your use of this tool.
6. Service Availability
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. The operator is not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
